"Buransh" the restaurant dishes out a blend of traditional & international cuisine. The ingredients used are sourced locally from the nearby villages as it our endeavor to serve fresh, wholesome & healthy food. While relishing your meals, enjoy a panoramic view of the mighty Himalayas.

Location :

The resort is located 4 km from the Patal Caves by road. One can also trek 1.5 kms through the village to the caves.

From Delhi :- Road & Train : Patal Bhuvaneshwar can be approached from Delhi (463 kms/12 hrs). The closest railway head is Kathgodam (195 km/6-7 hrs). One can take an overnight train, Ranikhet Express to Kathgodam & further drive to Patal Bhuvaneshwar via Almora.

About Patal Bhuvaneshwar :

Places to visit :

Patal Bhuvaneshwar Cave Located in the village Bhuvaneshwar the cave is 160m long and 90 ft deep from the point of entrance .As you descend deep into the womb of the Earth you marvel at the architecture of Mother Nature. The caves are essentially built due to the flow of water over the centuries. Limestone rock formations have created various spectacular stalactites and stalagmite figures of various hues and forms, which represent various Deities and Gods of the Hindu Mythology. It is also believed that this cave is internally connected to the four Abodes (Char Dham).
The 103 chapter of Manaskand of Skandapurana has the earliest known reference to the cave of Patal Bhuvaneshwar. Sage Ved Vyas, in response to a set of questions, gives an elaborate description of an auspicious cave in the realms of earth where gods and goddesses rest. It is one of the most important abodes of Lord Shiva and gods from other heavens visit Patal to worship him. It is said to be the only place on earth where such a large gathering of gods takes place, in addition to the a huge number of gandharvas (musicians from heaven), apsaras (damsels from heaven), vidhyadharas (singers from heavens), sidhas (yogis), rakshakas (demons) and nagas (serpents) serve the mighty lord inside the Patal.
Shaileshwar, Mukteshwar, & Bholeshwar Cave :These are a few unexplored caves.
Gangolihaat (14 kms) : Gangolihaat is rich in folk culture, music, religious traditions & had been chosen by Shankaracharya of Mahakali Shaktipeeth.
Chaukori (26 kms) : Located at an elevation of 2010 m, it has a spectacular view of the Himalayas & is also known for its tea estate.
Kotmanya (29 km) : Around 22 musk deers are found in this region. A 1 km trek to Kotmanya is really a stimmulating experience.
Rameshwar (57 km) : Known for the Ramganga river it is an ideal fishing & picnic spot.
