We have developed the site on the lines of European camping sites
where tourists could have a memorable stay with all basic amenities
provided.
The camping site presently has limited number of tents with
electricity, floor carpets, proper beds with foam mattresses, a
cupboard & other camping furniture.
The site has a modern bathroom complex with hot water facility. A
dance floor and music is available for the party enthusiasts.Catering
is undertaken centrally. |

Instead of confines of a hotel room, short break of a few days in the
lap of nature at our offbeat camping site with fantastic view of pine
trees & whistling winds, Solan valley opening below your feet during
day & fabulous solan lights at night across the valley send the
corporate crowd rejuvenated.
Food is delicious & served as buffet. This includes
Breakfast : 2 eggs, bread, butter & jam Or Aloo ka paranthas curd &
pickle.
Lunch: Rice & Chappatis, Dal Seasonal vegetable, Paneer dish & Chicken
with salad & fruit.
Dinner : Similar with dessert instead of fruit.
(Dal or Seasonal vegetable of group's choice to be specified in the
morning.)
Snacks : 2 Veg snacks, One non- veg snack.( For evening get together
only) Cold drinks : 2 drinks (Litchi Juice or coke) Or 1 soda bottle
per head
We provide packed lunch for those desirous to go to Chail-Kufri-Simla
(one circuit) or Kasauli in their own transport. Others can relax &
enjoy at the camping site. Hammocks under pine trees, a glass room
with fantastic view for relaxing in inclement weather provide ideal
environment for total relaxation. |

BAROG - A PLACE TO GO!Set in the
mountains Barog is just 60km from Chandigarh on the KalkaShimla
highway.*Overlooking the picturesque Solan valley the site is covered
with beautiful pine trees.Barog is approachable by road as well as by
train. At a good height of 6000 ft. the place is comfortable in
summers as well as in winters. It’s just 500mt’s walk to the Barog
market from our Camping Grounds.STD/ISD facility is available.The
scenery boasts of a curving railway track down below in the valley
with the distant whistle of the seemingly toy train.For the young and
not so Young folks Barog Mountains offer the following beautiful
nature trails: Visit to Bhuvneshwari Devi Temple—One hour gentle
climb.Panchmundi Temple track— three and a half hours one way through
pines Mule track to Shamlech a romantic, wide grassy 4km jungle trail
that goes descending
Visit to Barog railway station, a museum by itself with a 1.1 km long
tunnel. Open-air discotheque, bon fire, Tambola on Sundays, nature
trail treks & party games are arranged on request. We keep a variety
of games at our camping site.Tourists can play a quiet game of chess
or cards. Kids often play ring the pegs or enjoy swinging in the
Hammocks. There are others who just sit back & enjoy looking through
the Binoculars.We try to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable and
memorable. |

Real Estate
To own a cottage in the hills is a cherished desire of all those doing
well in life. With permission from HP Govt one can buy upto 600 sq yds
for residence. We provide free guidance to those genuinely interested.
In HP the land transactions are in Bighas & Biswas. (Conversion 1
Bigha = 20Biswas=1000sq.yds; or 1 Biswa= 50sq.yd) For a residential
plot a Non Himachali can buy max. 12 Biswas / 600 sq. yds. We do have
some plots on the other side of Barog hill with the view of Kasauli &
Dagshai. This property can be seen while driving on NH-22 for a few
km's stretch. This is prime property with road linking every plot of

Excursions
Shimla : 58 Kms.from Barog. The summer capital of the British,
still enchants visitors with its old Chalet like bungalows gardens in
first of flowers
Kufri : 60 Kms. from Barog a terrific picnic spot with winter
sports carnival in Feb. March are its special attraction.
Naldehra : 70 Kms. from Barog on Kufri Rampur Road is a
Golfer's paradise with a 9 hole golf course.
Chail : The summer capital of the Royal House of Patiala. About
54 Kms. from Barog. The Chail Palace and the highest cricketing pitch
are the major attractions.
Kasauli : Just 19 Kms. from Barog. Sanatorium on Naturepathy is
the main attraction of Kasauli. Beautiful Pine Trees surroundings add
another factor to its charm. |
