By Air : Jaipur is the nearest airport from Sariska at a distance 107-kms, which is connected to Delhi airport.

By Rail :The nearest railhead is Sawai Madhopur, which is 11 km from Sariska. It is on the main Delhi-Mumbai railway line and some of the major trains stop here.

By Road : Sariska is situated off the Delhi-Alwar-Jaipur Road. An excellent road network links Sariska with all major cities of Rajasthan. It takes around one hour to reach Sariska from Alwar (36 km).

Kankwari Fort : The historic Kankwari Fort lies in the premises of the Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary. The fort dates back to the days of Mughal rule in India. The fort holds special significance in the history of medieval India. It is believed that Dara Shikoh, the brother of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb, served his lifelong exile at the Kankwari Fort. Lush green plantations and sprawling green meadows adds charm to the beauty of this magnificent fort.

Silserh Lake : Located to the Southwest of Alwar is the picturesque Silserh Lake that spreads over an area of approximately 10.5 sq. km. Surrounded by verdant hills and thick forest , this placid lake is an idlyllic spot for excursions and picnics. On the banks of the lake are some royal cenotaphs and a beautiful palace that was built by Maharaja Vinay Singh in 1845 for his queen Sheela. The palace has now been converted in to a tourist bungalow.

Sariska Fort Palace : Now a heritage hotel, this former royal hunting lodge and palace was constructed by the Maharaja of Alwar for the visit of Queen Victoria`s son, the Duke of Connaught. The palace is located on the edge of the Sariska National Park.
